Deposit of 50% to confirm the reservation
No cash refunds
No guests under the age of 10 years.
Check-in from 15h00 (or pre-arranged)

Rates include: Value Added Tax @ 14%
Rates exclude: Tourism Levy
Parking is limited - first-come, first-serve (there is
however, parking available outside & is safe)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations between 60 - 30 days of arrival 25% of the accommodation cost.
Cancellations between 29 - 15 days of arrival 50% of the accommodation cost.
Cancellations between 14 - 7 days of arrival 75% of the accommodation cost.
Cancellations between 7 - 3 days of arrival 100% of the accommodation cost.
Cancellations between 1 of Dec and the 15 Jan will be charged at 100% of the accommodation cost.

MINIMUM NIGHT STAY

From 1 December - 15 January, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required to make a booking
